As Res Global Engineering Limited Company (“Company”), we prioritize the security and privacy of your personal data. In this regard, we present the following information as the "Data Controller" in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

If you are an online visitor whose personal data we collect and process, the personal data we obtain and process are as follows:

- **Identity Information:** Name, Surname
- **Contact Information:** Email address
- **Transaction Security Information:** IP Address, Target IP/Domain Name Records, Device IMEI Number, Device MAC Address, Other Traffic Data (e.g., connection time/duration, amount of communication, etc.)

 

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: conducting information security processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, conducting communication activities, managing storage and archiving activities, tracking requests/complaints, managing customer relations and satisfaction processes, ensuring the security of data controller operations, and providing information to authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations.

 

TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the transfer of personal data and its transfer abroad, with domestic official institutions and organizations, law enforcement agencies, courts, and execution offices, third parties (both domestic and international) with whom we have relationships, service providers and their officials, business partners, shareholders, group companies, and directly or indirectly affiliated domestic and foreign subsidiaries, suppliers, and support service providers, and domestic entities providing cloud storage services.

 

METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

When you visit our website, your personal data is collected through application forms, information systems, and electronic devices (e.g., telecommunications infrastructure, computers, and phones), the online website, cookies created by our site, tracking cookies created by third parties (e.g.,), site usage measurement systems (e.g., Analytics), and other documents provided by the relevant person, both written and electronically. The personal data obtained through the aforementioned methods are processed in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and in line with the fundamental principles of personal data protection.

 

RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE DATA IS PROCESSED

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrect,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data,
- To request notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred about corrections, deletions, or destructions of personal data,
- To object to the processing of personal data exclusively through automated systems resulting in a negative consequence for the person,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In accordance with KVKK, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us once the purpose for which it was processed ceases to exist and/or upon expiration of statutory time limits for data processing as required by law.

 

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

You can submit your requests regarding the aforementioned rights by filling out the Application Form, which can be accessed from here, and sending it to the Data Controller. 

According to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the application must include the name, surname, signature (if the application is in writing), Turkish ID number (or passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), residential or business address, if available, electronic mail address for notification, phone number, and fax number, as well as information regarding the request.

The request must be clear and understandable, specifying the right being requested. Information and documents related to the request must be attached to the application.

If the request concerns someone other than the applicant, the person making the request must be specifically authorized and provide documentation of this authority (power of attorney). Additionally, the application must include identity and address details and verification documents. Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of others will not be considered.

 

HOW SOON WILL YOUR REQUESTS BE ANSWERED?

Requests regarding your personal data will be evaluated and answered within a maximum of 30 days from the date they are received. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged by our Company. 

If your request is denied, the reasons for the refusal will be sent to the address you provided, either via email or postal mail, or any other method specified in the Application Form.
